For all natural hair wigs order received, our team will go through the specifications and requirements of your wig. We will then send you email to confirm the below information with you:

- recipient name and delivery address
- color(s)
- length
- style
- lace color
- density
- hair type
- parting direction
- cap construction
- cap size

If you have any question or changes to your order, please do so at this confirmation stage.

After you have confirmed the information with us, we will then begin production. Production time for a made-to-order wig usually takes about 20-35 working days. Custom-made styles would take a longer time at about 30-40 working days. If you have a tight schedule and need to receive the wig by a specific date, please contact us and we will let you know if it is possible before we start production.

Once production has started, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Order cancellation and refund also cannot be made after production has begun as per our cancellation policy (make policy a link). Therefore, it is important to confirm all the details and get everything right before production.

Shipping Methods & Couriers

We provide two shipping methods for most countries: registered air mail and expedited shipping. For registered air mail, our shipper utilizes the local postal service in your country for delivery. For expedited shipping, we primarily use DHL and FedEx.

For registered air mail to some US and European customers, the tracking number we provide is a domestic tracking number of your local courier. It will be valid for search in the tracking link after your package has arrived at your country which usually takes about 5-10 working days.

Shipping Rates

To find out the shipping rates of your order, simply add the item(s) you want to purchase to the shopping cart and the available shipping methods and their shipping rates will be shown on the cart page.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery by regular air mail usually takes about 10 to 20 working days which is about 2 to 4 weeks. For Brazilian customers, delivery could take 1 to 3 months due to local custom security and postal service in Brazil. Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, peak season for postal service such as Christmas, recipients' local postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.

Delivery by expedited shipping to most countries takes about 4-9 working days. For most areas in the US, delivery takes about 3-4 working days. PO box delivery address will not be accepted.

Import Duties & Taxes

Any customs or import duties or taxes are charged once the package arrives at its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We do not have information on what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Should customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import taxes or fail to be contacted by courier to pay for import taxes, they take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, and they must bear any loss resulting from that. No refund will be accepted in this case.

Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by WIFHAIR.COM to you.

We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

Bounced Back / Returned Packages

Some reasons for bounced back or returned packages are insufficient address, incorrect address or unclaimed packages. It is buyers' responsibility to provide us with the correct and complete mailing address and make sure he/she is available on delivery. The time it takes for the package to return back to us ranges from 1-3 months; and upon receiving the package, we will contact buyer to arrange for re-sending the package. Buyer will be charged for the postage to re-send the package. If buyer wants to cancel the order and get a refund, there will be a 20% cancellation fees applied on the item price as per our policy. Postage is also non-refundable in this case.
